Battlefield Labs is live with first playtest scheduled for February

EA has launched a number of community playtest programs over the years, seeking feedback for projects still in development. Typically, we see these for smaller games, like Skate, while games like Battlefield are kept under wraps until the public beta tests that take place just weeks before release. Former Dr Disrespect studio ‘Midnight Society’ closes and cancels Deadrop

Midnight Society has been an interesting studio to follow. The company, founded by streamer Dr Disrespect, was working on its own extraction shooter, with a Counter-Strike style skin system that would see players owning their own skins with the ability to trade or sell. The studio faced financial struggles months ago after cutting ties with Dr Disrespect and now, the studio is shutting down for good.

Forza Horizon 5 is coming to PlayStation 5 this Spring
