Advent Calendar Day 7: Win an FSP Hydro PTM 750W PSU and Windale 6 CPU cooler

It’s getting close to Christmas, so we are getting in the holiday spirit! This year, we are rolling out the KitGuru Advent Calendar, with a series of giveaways every day throughout December. For Advent Day Seven, we have teamed up with FSP, giving readers the chance to win a new power supply and CPU cooler!

These are ‘reviewer’ giveaways, meaning in return for the prizes, we ask that readers share their thoughts with us. These reader reviews will then be shared with others on the site and Facebook page. They don’t need to be super in-depth or as detailed as our own reviews, but a summary of your thoughts would be appreciated by not just us, but by readers as well. We understand reviewing a power supply properly requires specialist equipment, so we only need to hear your views on build quality, noise levels, the cabling etc. If you can manage to take some pictures – all the better.

Today we are giving away the FSP Hydro PTM 750W PSU and Windale 6 CPU cooler. In our review of the Hydro PTM 750W, we praised the modular design, build quality and FSP's use of 105c Japanese capacitors. In our review of the Windale 6 CPU cooler, we were particularly pleased with the all-black design, easy installation and noise levels.

We are running this one through our Facebook page, so all you need to do is head over to THIS POST and let us know that you’re interested in reviewing some goodies. We will then pick a winner just before we roll out the next mystery giveaway. Keep an eye out over the next couple of weeks because we have loads more lined up.

UPDATE: This competition is now CLOSED. Our winner is Simon Elbourn! If you didn't win this time around, then perhaps check out advent calendar day 8- we have teamed up with Overclockers UK to give away two gaming chairs! Details on that can be found HERE

KitGuru Says: The giveaways are still going strong this week! Good luck to everyone that enters.

KitGuru Games: The Duality of Call of Duty

A franchise as big as Call of Duty will always be hampered by its own size, with the series having its hands tied left and right so as to not deviate too far from what has made Activision (now Microsoft) Billions on an annual basis. The most recent Black Ops 6 is in some ways the best entry in the franchise, and in other ways, the worst. With Black Ops 7 coming around the corner, the team at Treyarch seem to be saying and doing all the right things in the lead-up to its release. Unfortunately, the duality of Call of Duty ensures that no future entry will ever truly be the best it can.
