Week-long Black Ops 6 free-trial goes live today – featuring all of the game’s content

As the beta for Call of Duty Black Ops 7 is nearing its end, the team at Treyarch have officially detailed BO6’s 6th and final Season of post-launch content. Alongside its arrival later today, Black Ops 6 is getting a surprisingly generous free-trial period – letting you access every single aspect of the game for the next week.

Making the announcement as part of their Black Ops 6 Season 6 content roadmap, the team at Treyarch detailed their latest and ‘greatest’ free-trial, writing:

“Play Black Ops 6 for free for an entire week, starting October 9 at 9AM PT and ending October 16 at 10AM PT. Get full access to the Campaign for the first time in Black Ops 6 plus all of Multiplayer and Zombies.”

While this is in no way the first free trial for Black Ops 6, it is certainly the most comprehensive, with the entirety of the multiplayer mode (aside from Ranked Play) and every Zombies map/mode available to freely play.

Of course, with Black Ops 7 arriving in just over a month’s time, BO6 will soon be pretty much obsolete. Still, for those who haven’t tried the more recent Zombies maps, this free trial could offer you enough of a reason to set aside a week of your time (and an extra 100GB+ of storage).
