THQ Nordic announces its 2025 Digital Games Showcase

As they have done for a few years now, publisher THQ Nordic is hosting its own online video game showcase. Set to go live on the 1st of August, 2025’s THQ Nordic Digital Showcase will feature “a feast of world premiere announcements” and much more.

Releasing a teaser trailer to YouTube, THQ Nordic announced the 2025 edition of their annual Digital games showcase, writing: “Saddle your horses, rev your engines, and hold your breath – our Digital Showcase 2025 is charging back onto your screens August 1st, 2025!”

According to the publisher, “This year’s showcase promises a feast of world premiere announcements, fresh updates on previously announced titles, and a few surprises we didn’t hint at already… or did we?”

Set to go live at 8pm BST, we already know some of the games which will be featured, including the likes of Wreckfest 2; the Gothic 1 Remake; Titan Quest II; REANIMAL and The Eternal Life of Goldman. Of course, as stated by THQ above, expect some surprises in store as well.

Over the years, THQ Nordic has published a ton of games from a plethora of franchises, and so these ‘surprises’ could range from a new Darksiders to SpongeBob or even Destroy All Humans. You have a little over a month to speculate on what’s coming.
