The KitGuru Advent Calendar 2019 is back for day 19, where we give readers the chance to win prizes each day in the run up to Christmas. Today we are working with ASRock to give away the Z390 Phantom Gaming 7 motherboard to one lucky winner!

Based on the Z390 chipset, the Phantom Gaming 7 supports Intel's 8th and 9th Gen Core processors. It boasts a 10-phase digital PWM design, support for memory speeds running at ‘4300MHz+', and the board also features Creative Sound Blaster Cinema 5 technology.
