ASRock has unveiled a new, limited-edition graphics card for fans of Monster Hunter. The company has partnered with Capcom to release the ASRock AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT, featuring a completely custom design inspired by the game.
The card's aesthetic is inspired by the “Arkveld” monster from the game. The shroud, backplate, and even the fan hubs feature a cool design with a striking ivory silver and cyan blue finish. The package is completed with a special Monster Hunter Edition of ASRock's Polychrome Sync RGB software interface with “Arkveld” written on it, making it a unique piece of gear for dedicated fans.
Underneath the custom cooler is a potent, factory-overclocked Radeon RX 9070 XT. ASRock has cranked up the clocks, with the card rated for a game clock of up to 2400 MHz and a boost clock of up to an impressive 2970 MHz. The card, like all other Radeon RX 9070 XT models, is based on AMD's latest RDNA 4 architecture and features 16GB of GDDR6 memory.
To handle the temperatures, the card is equipped with ASRock's triple-fan thermal design, which uses their Striped Ring fans and an Air Deflecting fin for efficient heat dissipation, all reinforced by a metal frame and backplate. Moreover, the fans support 0dB Silent Cooling, which prevents the fans from working if temperatures are low.
