The Solid State drive performs well, averaging almost 500 MB/s in the sequential read test, and 320 MB/s in the sequential write test. The mechanical 1TB hard drive also scores well, averaging around 135-140 MB/s in the sequential read and write tests. This is pretty much as good as you will get for a 2.5 inch mechanical drive.

The ATTO Disk Benchmark performance measurement tool is compatible with Microsoft Windows. Measure your storage systems performance with various transfer sizes and test lengths for reads and writes. Several options are available to customize your performance measurement including queue depth, overlapped I/O and even a comparison mode with the option to run continuously. Use ATTO Disk Benchmark to test any manufacturers RAID controllers, storage controllers, host adapters, hard drives and SSD drives and notice that ATTO products will consistently provide the highest level of performance to your storage.

The ATTO disk benchmark highlights that the Solid State Drive peaks around 480 MB/s write and 540 MB/s read. The 1TB mechanical drive shows 140 MB/s peaks.
