It is back to school season and Acer is prepared with its new Vero PC range. There are new Acer Vero laptops, desktops and monitors, all designed under Acer's green initiative to make tech more environmentally friendly.
The Acer Vero family is designed to reduce environmental impact without compromising on performance. From the eco-conscious Aspire Vero laptops to energy-efficient Vero monitors, every product in the range is made using recycled and ocean-bound plastics, shipped in reusable packaging, and certified by EPEAT and ENERGY STAR for energy efficiency.
The Acer Aspire Vero 16 laptop is the flagship for 2025, packing a powerful Intel Core Ultra 7 CPU for AI-ready performance, making it an ideal option for school, university and creative projects. Each Aspire Vero laptop is built using the equivalent of up to 5,000 recycled plastic bottles, reducing e-waste and supporting Acer’s long-term commitment to circular design. Vero monitors and desktops follow the same sustainable ethos.
The Acer Aspire Vero 16 laptop can be found for £999 at Currys for the Intel Core Ultra 7 version. A cheaper Aspire Vero AV16-51P with an Intel Core Ultra 5 CPU can be found for £599, instead.
Every Acer Vero laptop, desktop or monitor purchased via Currys is also eligible for the Acer Vero Rewards program. If you register your purchase before October 31st, you'll get a few free extras, including a Vero keyboard and mouse, a Vero mouse pad and a Vero Eco laptop sleeve.
