Alienware 17 Gaming Laptop Review

Black Ops 2 is the latest episode in the Call of Duty franchise and is one of the most popular games of the moment.  It uses an updated version of the IW engine, used in previous Call of Duty games, which isn't particularly demanding.  This makes it ideal for testing mid-range gaming systems like this.

In this test we see very impressive performance indeed, with very high average and minimum framerates recorded at maximum settings.

Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition announced for all systems (including Switch 2)

Just under 10 years ago, Fallout 4 officially released to the world. While the game is far from perfect, it resonated with millions thanks to its sandbox-like design and focus on exploration among other ancillary additions (such as the settlement mechanic and base building). As they have done with many of their previous games, Bethesda has now officially announced Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition – bundling the base game alongside its DLC and hundreds of user-created mods.

  1. ASUS do some great gaminmg machines too, and they cost a lot less than Alienware, but at least Alienware put a lot of effort into the looks as well, which is important.

  2. Great machine, I own one, been using it now for gaming for a month. runs a bit hot on my knee, so I use it more on a desk.

  3. The problem with Alienware laptops, of which I have had many, is the hinges wear out so soon. If anything needs replacing it is absurd at costs.
