First iPhone 5 shipments leaving China

The iPhone 5 is due to be released very soon in every major part of the world and the first shipments are on their way from China. AppleInsider published the shipment news a few hours ago, highlighting a UPS order leaving ZhengZhou, China. The packages are not scheduled to be delivered until Friday September 21st, which is the product launch date.

Orders at the Apple website are being listed as ‘preparing for shipment'. Apple fans however are not happy with that information and by doing some research themselves into the order, they have been able to tie a reference number such as a mobile phone to track it on UPS.

Kitguru says: Many are wondering if the orders will be delivered before the launch date.
