Apple to open a Megastore at Grand Central Station

Apple retail stores account for a huge portion of their annual income, and the latest plans are to open a new mega retail store at Grand Central Station.

The new store is said to open on December 9th and is currently masked from view by black curtains. It apparently has two Apple Genius bars and is said to employ 300 new Apple staff.

Opening the store in this location is very clever, due to the high level of footfall every day. More images are available at the Washington Post.
