As much as Polyphony Digital’s Gran Turismo series is about racing, the franchise puts an equal amount of reverence and care towards representing these cars as pieces of art and engineering. In an effort to further the education side of Gran Turismo, Polyphony has now launched a dedicated online database, letting you learn more about the hundreds of vehicles available.
Making the announcement on their blog, the team at Polyphony Digital unveiled their brand new Gran Turismo Car List – a database which:
“represents a deep dive into the heart of Gran Turismo 7’s expansive garage. Covering all 530* cars currently featured in the game, each profile comes with images and key specifications, including drivetrain layout, horsepower, and weight.”
Available to access HERE, the site serves as not only a way to discover all of the various vehicles available in-game, but as mentioned also offers a bunch of interesting details for those who are newer to this side of car culture.
Gran Turismo 7 already offers plenty of opportunities to learn about the game’s various vehicles, from interviews with the designers, to the whole Café menu and more.
Still, having a way to explore the 500+ cars currently in Gran Turismo outside of the game itself is a welcome quality-of-life improvement.
