Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate is getting its first PC patch tomorrow

Over the weekend, we put out our PC performance review for Assassin's Creed: Syndicate and now, Ubisoft has officially detailed the first patch for the PC version of the game. Patch 1.21 arrives this week, bringing with it a bunch of bug fixes, along with some AI and user interface tweaks. The patch was detailed over on Ubisoft's official forum to the game, with the download size expected to be around 500MB.

Here are some of the main fixes:
Fixed infinite loading screen in Sequence 7.
Fixed several geometry explosion and missing geometry issues.
Fixed various render issues.
Fixed several online issues.
Minor UI improvements.

For AI, some of the popping issues I previously mentioned in our performance review are getting looked at. NPCs should also have improved reactions now, along with navigation paths to stop them from walking in to walls or getting in the way. Some general performance and stability improvements were also promised, though it doesn't get more specific than that.

KitGuru Says: I am enjoying Assassin's Creed: Syndicate, though performance could use a little tightening up. Hopefully Ubisoft is on the case and we will see some improvements with these new patches. Have any of you played this year's Assassin's Creed game?
