CrystalDiskMark is a useful benchmark to measure theoretical performance levels of hard drives and SSD’s. We are using v6.0.

 

Looking at the two sets of benchmark screens it appears that the Phison PS5012-E12 controller in the Viper VPN100 is much more efficient when reading compressible data at lower queue depths.
