For Watch Dogs, Ubisoft Montreal built a new game engine called Disrupt. The engine was originally intended for a different game focused on driving. Ubisoft North American president Laurent Detoc explained that the team working on the project realized an open-world game was a better fit than their original vision.Watch Dogs runs in 900p on PlayStation 4 and 792p on Xbox One; both versions of the game run at 30fps. The PC version has received a lot of negative press due to the poor port from console.

We configured the engine to run at 1080p with ‘high' settings, as detailed above.

Reasonably smooth frame rates considering the relatively poor port from console to PC.

Not entirely sure why they bothered doing an acoustics test on a passive heatsink. Seems like a waste of time.
I think for people looking for fanless card, there is intrest how this can perform in completly passive system.
How this card will work out in case with little airflow, no or few fans with low rpm? If i already have lot of fans in my rig, probably fanless gpu wont be that much intrest to me.
Liquid cooling on cpu and total of 5 fans in system provide plenty of airflow, and show this card in perfect light but dosent quite provide insight if [maybe with reducing power consumption ], this card can work in fully|semi passive system.
