Nvidia reveals new price cuts for RTX 5090, RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 across Europe

The prices of RTX 50 series graphics cards have slowly been coming down across Europe. This week, the most recent price corrections came into effect on the Nvidia website, showing significant cuts for the RTX 5090, 5080 and 5070.

Nvidia has updated the Founders Edition pricing for its RTX 5090, RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 graphics cards. The RTX 5090 launched with an MSRP of £1939 but now, it is down to £1,799. The RTX 5080 was £979 at launch but has now dropped to £909. The RTX 5070 was £539 at launch but has now dropped to £499.

Videocardz has reported the EU price change, with the RTX 5090 dropping from its €2329 launch price to €2099, while the RTX 5080 has dropped from €1169 at launch to €1059. The RTX 5070 has dropped from €649 at launch to €589. In each case, the reduction is in the 9%-10% range.

These prices aren't factoring in special sales period discounts either, so we may see RTX 50 series graphics cards at cheaper prices later in the year. Board partners are often also offering their own bundles and discounts, for instance, MSI is currently holding a sale, discounting RTX 5070 and RTX 5060 GPUs.
