For our temperature testing, we measure the peak GPU core temperature under load. A reading under load comes from running Cyberpunk 2077 for 30 minutes.

In terms of GPU thermals, out of the box performance is absolutely fine – it's not a chart-topper, but a peak of 64C on the GPU and 77.1C on the hot spot is nothing to worry about.
