Here we test three games, all at 2560×1440 resolution using maximum image quality settings.

We don't focus heavily on game benchmarks in our partner card reviews, as the differences made by a factory overclock are very small. In this instance, we can see the Sapphire Frostpunk Edition is basically as fast as the other models we've tested, with the exception of the Pulse (which runs at reference clocks).

We can, however, see the 7700 XT is still comfortably faster than the RTX 4060 Ti 16GB, which is Nvidia's nearest rival – retailing for around £410. The 7700 XT is 30% faster in Cyberpunk for instance, so it's really in a different league to the 4060 Ti 16GB.
