For our temperature testing, we measure the peak memory temperature under load. A reading under load comes from running Cyberpunk 2077 for 30 minutes.
Memory temperatures are also absolutely fine. They are the warmest we've seen yet, but with temperatures of 64C and 66C, it doesn't really matter as this is still very cool for GDDR6X.
