We used MSI Afterburner to overclock the Gaming X Trio, and while we could only add +70MHz to the GPU core, the memory was stable with +1400 – giving it a real-world speed of 18.3Gbps up from 15.5 at stock.

Average clock speed under load

This overclock saw the card breaking past 2GHz, with an average frequency of just under 2030MHz.
