We tested the MSI Tiger Lake laptop in High Performance Mode and Balanced Mode and also included figures from the Razer Blade Stealth 13 with Intel Core i7-1065G7 and a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim with AMD Ryzen 7 4800U that Luke will be reviewing in the near future.

CPU Tests

Blender delivers results that come as no surprise whatsoever. The eight cores of Ryzen 7 demolish the quad core Intel CPUs, which in turn are ordered by power and clock speed.

Cinebench R20 Multi-core is a repeat of Blender however the single core results are intriguing. Intel Tiger Lake comfortably beats Ryzen 7 4800U with Ice Lake trailing a distance behind, which demonstrates just how good Willow Cove cores are compared to Sunny Cove.
