PowerWash Simulator 2 roadmap officially revealed

PowerWash Simulator was a fun and relaxing title which resonated with many following its release back in 2022. After a great deal of post-launch support, its sequel is finally here. Like with the first game, the team at FuturLab have promised a mixture of free and paid DLC – officially sharing their 2025/2026 roadmap.

Taking to BlueSky, the team at FuturLab officially detailed their post-launch plans for PowerWash Simulator 2. While the rest of 2025 will see the team focus on introducing “fixes, further optimisations and QOL improvements,” 2026 is when the real post-launch support begins.

Like with the first game, PowerWash Simulator 2 will receive a mixture of both free and paid DLC. On the paid front, players can look forward to 3 separate crossover DLCs – coming in Q1, Q2 and Q3 respectively. Alongside these, each quarter will also see a free DLC released in the form of the ‘Caldera Chronicles Jobs’.

Beyond this, the team have also promised a ton of other free updates, namely:

  • New features
  • Bug fixes
  • Quality of Life improvements
  • New furniture and skins
  • Community events

The original PowerWash Simulator was a fun and satisfying time which only improved as more free and paid DLC was released. Hopefully its successor manages to maintain the same level of quality and post-launch support.
